We are currently seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a Flooring Specialist at Blue Bull Construction, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and prepare surfaces for flooring installation
• Install various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl
• Ensure flooring installations are done according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Repair and replace damaged flooring as needed
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in flooring installation
• Proficiency in installing a variety of flooring materials
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and specifications
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
